Anti-dumping investigations in Pakistan are conducted by the National Tariff Commission under the Anti-Dumping Duties Act 2015 and its rules. A domestic industry applies with evidence of dumping and injury, the Commission determines both, and duties follow if both are found. Producers, importers and exporters each have a part to play at every stage.
